Pastrami Brisket? Woot!

Venue: My house

Made a sandwich from this today for lunch. Started with a handful of the pastrami brisket on multi-grain, topped it with two slices of extra sharp cheddar and then tossed it in the toaster for a few. When the cheese was nice and melted I took it out, grabbed the spicy mustard and went to work.
